Food From The Heart
During festive seasons, we team up with Food from the Heart to allow shoppers to contribute non-perishable groceries and general items to the less fortunate. It began with a collaboration between Giant Tampines and Food from the Heart during the Christmas season in 2015, and this project has grown ever since.
Recognising that Chinese New Year is an important festival in Singapore, we also extended this charity collection drive to the west, at Giant IMM. For Christmas 2016 and Chinese New Year 2017, we extended the network of collection points to include neighborhood heartland stores.
To join our cause, shoppers can now make their contributions at Giant Tampines and Giant IMM every day.

Official Donation Boxes
Dairy Farm Singapore supports Mindset Care Limited and Care Community Services Society. We are grateful for the generosity of our kind customers who have donated to our adopted charities via the donation boxes available at Giant stores. You too can also make a contribution and make a difference to people’s lives.
Mindset Learning Hub
Giant also supports Mindset Learning Hub, which is an initiative by Mindset, a registered charity driven by Jardine Matheson Group that aims to help individuals with mental health issues to work towards their journey of recovery and gain confidence as they integrate themselves back into society. Formed in 2011, Mindset Learning Hub is the first and only Workforce Skill Qualifications (WSQ) that trains and finds job placements for people recovering with mental health issues.

We formed Dairy Farm’s Careline to become a useful channel for all Dairy Farm Singapore employees to share their concerns, whether they’re work-related or personal. Careline is manned by a group of HR specialists trained in people-helping skills. All calls will be kept confidential. Employees may also discuss or share their personal issues with our advisors over at Careline, especially if they have difficulty talking about them with their colleagues or managers.
