Steamed Cod Fish with Ginger

  • Steamed cod fish with ginger 
  • 3 cm long piece of old ginger, peeled and finely shredded 
  • 1 piece of cod fillet (200g) 
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce 
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  1. Wash and rinse the cod. 
  2. Place it in a shallow dish with the shredded ginger on top of the fish. 
  3. Drizzle the light soy sauce over the fish and steam in a steamer or wok for 8 minutes. 
  4. Remove from wok and drizzle the sesame oil over the cooked fish.
