Banana Rolls

Ingredients:

  • Sun Harvest Creamy Peanut butter
  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 Whole-Wheat Tortilla Wrap
  • Garlic
  • Broccoli
  • Carrots
  • Swiss Brown Mushrooms
  • Grapes
  • Strawberries

Directions:

  1. Spread the whole-wheat tortilla wrap evenly with peanut butter. Then add a whole banana and roll into a wrap.
  2. Stir-fry broccoli, carrots and mushrooms with garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Pack wrap and vegetables, grapes and strawberries neatly on each side.

Miso Pasta Aglio Olio

Glazing Ingredients:

  • Miso Paste, 1 tablespoon
  • Papa Alfredo Spaghetti, 110-130 grams
  • Broccoli, 30 grams
  • Swiss Brown Mushroom, 50 grams
  • Giant Canola Oil
  • Garlic, 2 cloves of minced
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Cook Pasta according to packet directions drain pasta set aside. Keep 50ml of pasta water.
  2. Fry mushrooms and broccoli with a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Mix miso paste with 50ml of pasta water.
  3. Mix pasta and stir well. Garnish with seaweed bits (optional)

Ingredients:

  • Whole Meal Bread, 3 pieces
  • Captain’s Catch Tuna
  • Mayonnaise
  • Dijon Mustard, 1/2 tablespoon
  • Cucumber, cut into long, thin sticks
  • Carrot, grated
  • Strawberry
  • Green Apple
  • Pear

Directions:

  1. Cut the crusts from bread slices and roll out as thin as possible. Spread mayonnaise on each slice.
  2. Mix the tuna, mayonnaise and dijon mustard in a bowl, stir to combine.
  3. Starting at the side closest to you, thinly spread 1/3 of the tuna mixture, cucumber and carrots onto half of the bread and press to seal into a roll.
  4. Pack in lunchbox with a serving of green apple and pear.
